Sticky date and orange pudding with dark caramel sauce

Blueberry and macadamia caramel slice

Baked ricotta cheesecake       (or lemon curd, cherry glaze, choc-orange crunch)

Poached seasonal fruit with crispy oat or gingerbread crumble

Coconut cream pie – ginger biscuit crumb crust with sweetened coconut cream filling, tropical fruit and lime sugar.

A selection of freshly made dips including – Saada’s Hummus, Smokey Eggplant, Spicy Avocado, Thai Chicken, Fragrant Indian Dahl.
Home made Pita chips, turkish toast fingers and fresh cut vegetables.
For your event prices start from $10 per person (choice of 3 dips).

A selection of chips and dips from the menu as above, plus:

Smoked salmon with wasabi cream
Mini steak sandwich with sweet onion relish
Sweet potato and feta puffs

A cold buffet
