The plastic bottle was rock hard - and really REALLY gassy, so a very slow twist of the lid was on the cards.
I couldn't in all good conscience photograph the plastic bottle (again) so Bombay Sapphire to the rescue with a beautiful blue iconic bottle.

A small glass three-quarters filled with ice, a wedge of lemon, a sprig of mint, a splash (or two) of gin and a good slug of home made ginger beer - heaven.
