Perhaps it's the pressure getting to me, but it's been too long between posts and WAY too long since I had a great lemon delicious pudding after dinner with my friends Craig and Kelly.
Truth be told it's more than six weeks since I first decided to document that dinner, and it's taken me until today to sit down and bash it out on the keyboard. There will always be space for a light self-saucing lemon scented pudding at the end of every meal. I just wish I had some lemons in the house right now so I could crack on with a special citrus treat for after dinner tonight.
